How do my products get into stores?
Through our retail formats: a quarter pallet display for secondary placements, promotions and tests in individual stores, or a permanent shelf placement with planogram. We replenish from our own logistics centre.
What do retailers receive for my products?
Brand assets for every SKU: product images, product texts and brand material for POS and online shops. Plus the compliance data: CPNP and SCPN notification, EU Responsible Person, EAN/GTIN, INCI list and label in the local language.
Who is The Incredible Company?

Do my products need an EU Responsible Person?
Yes. Under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, every cosmetic product placed on the EU market needs a Responsible Person established in the EU.
What is the CPNP?
The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal is the EU’s online system in which cosmetic products are notified before they are placed on the market.
Do my labels have to change for Germany?
Usually, yes. The EU sets mandatory label information, and some of it must appear in the language of the country of sale. For Germany, that is German.
